'Hanak Consulting Solutions

Culture is Medicine

Walking Through Healing, Starting at Day One

Our approach

Grounded in culture, built for the northwest

'Hanak Consulting Solutions is an Indigenous-led practice founded by Lynn Wright, 'Tsinsxw Gapiikxw. Our workshops are protocol-grounded and draw on more than twenty years in Indigenous governance, community development and social services across northwest BC.

We help organizations build cultural safety, strengthen their teams and work in true partnership with the communities they serve.

The foundation of everything I teach

Wellness Wheel Workshop

Every presentation, class and workshop I deliver begins here. We look at the four parts of who we are, physical, spiritual, emotional and mental, and how balanced each one is right now.

Then we plan from there, as people, as teams and as communities.

Spiritual

  • Culture & traditionHow often do you take part in your culture and traditions?
  • Nurturing spiritWhat feeds your spirit: ceremony, prayer, the land, creating?

Physical

  • Physical healthHow is your body feeling? Is anything affecting your health?
  • Fun & recreationDo you have time for the hobbies and activities you enjoy?

Mental

  • Work & purposeAre you happy in your work, with a good balance between work and home?
  • Managing stressWhat helps you handle stress: walking, breathing, being on the land?

Emotional

  • RelationshipsDo your closest relationships feel healthy and supported?
  • Family & friendsDo you feel connected to the people you love?
