Ama saa!Welcome

Ama saa means “good day.” I'm glad you're here.

I'm Lynn Wright

Gitxsan & Ts'msyen · Ganeda (Frog) Clan · Wilps Niisto

Born and raised in Terrace, I've spent more than twenty years in Indigenous governance, community development and social services across northwest BC. Today I run two businesses with one purpose: helping our region get ready for what's coming, on the human side and the digital side.

What I do

Two businesses, one purpose

One works with people: teams, organizations and communities. One works with technology: websites, hosting and getting found online. Both are rooted here at home.

Workshops & consulting

'Hanak Consulting Solutions

Culture is Medicine

Indigenous-led workshops and consulting for health, education, government, industry and First Nations.

  • Cultural safety training
  • Team building
  • Community development

Your local digital partner

RYNRISE

  • E-commerce
  • Branding
  • Marketing

I come from a long line of leaders on this land. The projects coming to the northwest should leave our communities stronger: our people trained, our businesses ready, and our cultures respected at every table. That's what both of my businesses are for.

Open to opportunities

Invite me in

I'm always open to sharing what I know, and I'd welcome an invitation to talk about how we bridge the gap between industry, our youth and the communities of our region. Our young people deserve better, and together we can give it to them.

Train and facilitate

Cultural safety, team building and workforce readiness for major projects, industry and their crews. I've coordinated Indigenous Tourism BC training in Prince Rupert, Terrace and Hazelton.

Mentor our youth

I mentor young people myself, and I'm gathering a circle of mentors. If you'd like to mentor, or just talk with me about it, I'd love to hear from you.

Connect with communities

Building trust between projects, organizations and the First Nations and communities across our region.

Speak and share knowledge

Keynotes, panels, conferences, classrooms, boardrooms and community gatherings.
